Stephanie Flood

Stephenie Flood is chief operating officer of Gold Nation and RE/MAX Gold, where she oversees operations supporting more than 2,900 agents and staff across eight western states. Having joined the company in 1997 as a receptionist, she has grown into one of the organization’s most influential leaders, helping guide operational strategy, professional development and companywide initiatives.

Over the past year, Flood has played a key role in helping agents and brokerage leaders navigate significant industry changes. She has focused on consumer education, professionalism and value-based representation while supporting agents through evolving business practices and market conditions. She also led the rollout and adoption strategy for BoldTrail, helping coordinate training, onboarding and engagement efforts across multiple markets.

Flood continues to lead companywide education and development programs, including MEC “Wins-Days” and Coffee with the Co-Brokers. These initiatives strengthen communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing throughout the organization while supporting agent engagement and long-term professional growth. She has also worked to improve onboarding systems and strengthen relationships between brokerage operations and affiliated service providers.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Flood is deeply involved in philanthropic efforts through the company’s partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since 2015, she has helped lead fundraising and awareness initiatives that have generated more than $2.4 million in donations. Through her leadership in operations, education and community service, Flood continues to help shape the growth and culture of Gold Nation and RE/MAX Gold while supporting agents and communities throughout the region.
