Pam Forrester is senior vice president of Division Operations for First American Mortgage Solutions and the Docutech suite of products, where she leads initiatives focused on document technology, operational efficiency and mortgage process innovation. With more than 30 years of industry experience, she has helped develop solutions that support lenders and servicers while advancing modernization across the mortgage industry.
Over the past year, Forrester has continued to lead the expansion and integration of First American’s document solutions capabilities. Her work has included advancing automation, optical character recognition and robotic process automation technologies designed to improve service delivery, reduce manual effort and strengthen operational performance. She also helped guide Docutech’s integration with ICE Mortgage Technology through Encompass Partner Connect, creating new opportunities for lenders to streamline document workflows.
Forrester’s leadership has also contributed to significant business growth. Following efforts to align Docutech’s products with First American’s broader document solutions platform, CleanFile document intake volume increased 44% year-over-year, resulting in approximately 252,000 documents processed. Her focus on cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment has helped create stronger connections across teams and product lines.
Beyond her operational responsibilities, Forrester is active within MISMO, where she serves on the Standards Governance Committee and contributes to industry-wide technology and standardization efforts. She is also committed to mentorship and leadership development through First American’s SPARK initiative and other programs supporting future leaders. Through her work in innovation, operations and professional development, Forrester continues to help shape the future of mortgage technology and document management.
