Nina Zokhrabyan is chief operating officer of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, where she oversees operations, recruiting, culture and strategic growth initiatives. Over the past decade, she has helped build the brokerage from a small team into one of Southern California’s largest luxury real estate firms, supporting more than 300 agents and $4.2 billion in annual sales volume.
Zokhrabyan’s real estate career began while she was attending college, starting as a receptionist before advancing through transaction management, operations and executive leadership roles. In 2022, she played a central role in launching Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, helping establish the brokerage, secure its affiliation and transition nearly 150 agents to the new platform within a month.
Over the past year, she has led the company through another phase of expansion, growing the organization to more than 300 agents while maintaining a reported 95% agent retention rate. She has also overseen the launch of new business lines, including a crypto-focused division and a dedicated new development division, building the operational infrastructure and processes necessary to support each initiative.
Beyond her brokerage responsibilities, Zokhrabyan serves on the Board of UC Riverside’s Extended Learning Program and mentors women entering the real estate industry. Through her leadership, operational expertise and focus on culture, she continues to help drive growth and innovation across luxury real estate.
