Margy Grant, chief executive officer of Florida REALTORS®, leads one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® associations representing more than 230,000 members. Since becoming chief executive officer in 2019, she has guided the organization through a period of growth, modernization and increased advocacy while helping strengthen its role as a leading voice on housing, property rights and real estate policy.
Over the past year, Grant has overseen several initiatives designed to improve member services and operational efficiency. Under her leadership, Florida REALTORS® expanded the use of Sabal Sign, the organization’s e-signature platform integrated with Form Simplicity, which has been adopted by tens of thousands of members and supports hundreds of thousands of transaction-related signing sessions. She also supported the continued growth of FIJI™ and other technology resources that help members manage and grow their businesses.
Grant remains active in legislative and advocacy efforts affecting both the real estate industry and Florida’s broader business community. She supported initiatives that strengthened international business relationships and contributed to long-term advocacy efforts focused on improving the state’s economic environment.
Before becoming chief executive officer, Grant served as Florida REALTORS®’ general counsel and chief operations officer, helping shape the organization’s legal, strategic and operational direction. She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Dr. Almon R. (Bud) Smith Leadership Society and has been recognized for her leadership within both the real estate and broader business communities. Through her work in advocacy, innovation and organizational leadership, Grant continues to help shape the future of real estate in Florida.
