Lori Muller is president of Fathom Realty, where she oversees strategic direction, operations and growth initiatives for one of the nation’s largest agent-centric real estate brokerages. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, sales and executive leadership, she has built a career focused on leadership development, organizational growth and creating systems that help professionals succeed.
Muller joined Fathom Realty as president in February 2026 after more than 18 years in executive leadership roles at EXIT Realty Corp. International, including president of the U.S. Division. Throughout her career, she has led brokerage leaders, agents and executives through changing market conditions while focusing on profitability, retention, leadership development and operational scalability. Earlier in her career, she founded multiple real estate offices and established the Elite School of Real Estate, helping train and develop hundreds of professionals entering the industry.
Over the past year, Muller has focused on strengthening leadership alignment, collaboration and professional development throughout Fathom Realty. She has also remained active in coaching and leadership initiatives, including co-founding EMPOWER Coaching, Consulting, Speaking & Events and serving as a founding partner and CFO of Thought Leadership Circle, a nonprofit organization focused on mentorship and executive collaboration.
Through her leadership, coaching and industry involvement, Muller continues to support the growth of real estate professionals while helping organizations build strong cultures centered on accountability, development and long-term success.
