Before entering real estate, Bowen-North worked in healthcare, an experience that helped shape her approach to leadership, accountability and client service. She has applied those skills throughout her real estate career, developing scalable frameworks that combine technology, marketing and relationship-building to support agents at every stage of growth.
At LPT Realty, Bowen-North has played a key role in creating structure around lead generation and conversion across a large and expanding agent network. Through Team Growth Plus (TG+), the company’s optional team services and technology membership program, she works directly with teams of varying sizes to improve workflows, refine technology stacks and enhance lead generation efforts.
