Laura Ritter is chief financial officer of LPT Aperture Holdings, where she oversees financial strategy, reporting and operational infrastructure for the parent company of LPT Realty and Aperture Global Real Estate. She joined the organization in January 2026, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from both public and private companies across technology, retail, hospitality and software sectors.
Prior to joining LPT Aperture Holdings, Ritter held senior finance and accounting leadership roles with organizations including PVH, Apple Leisure Group, Bed Bath & Beyond, STARR Restaurants and Olo. Her experience includes financial planning and analysis, investor reporting, accounting operations and supporting high-growth organizations through periods of expansion and transformation.
Since joining LPT Aperture Holdings, Ritter has focused on strengthening financial systems, reporting processes and operational controls needed to support the company’s rapid growth. She has also been involved in acquisition initiatives, including support for transactions involving Reside and Humaniz, while helping guide financial planning for continued domestic and international expansion. Her work has contributed to efforts supporting growth across both LPT Realty and Aperture Global Real Estate.
Known for her ability to combine financial discipline with strategic planning, Ritter works closely with executive leadership to align operational growth with long-term financial objectives. Through her leadership, she continues to help build the infrastructure necessary to support the company’s next phase of expansion.
