Frink has also focused on improving operational consistency and borrower experience. Under her leadership, Veterans United refined closing processes, strengthened accountability measures and redesigned its loan coordinator training model, reducing training timelines while improving scalability and team readiness. These efforts contributed to measurable improvements in on-time closings and operational performance.
Beyond business results, Frink is recognized for her emphasis on communication, transparency and leadership development. She regularly engages directly with employees to reinforce priorities and connect day-to-day responsibilities to broader organizational goals. Outside of Veterans United, she serves on community and financial institution boards throughout Missouri.
