Jenna Rozenblat is chief operating officer at The Real Brokerage, where she oversees operations, technology implementation and organizational strategy for one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in North America. Her leadership has been instrumental in helping the company scale while maintaining operational efficiency, agent support and organizational agility.
Over the past year, Rozenblat has helped guide Real through another period of significant growth, supporting a network of more than 33,500 agents and tens of thousands of transactions. She has focused heavily on automation, artificial intelligence and workflow optimization, helping improve operational efficiency while enhancing the agent experience. Her work included the expansion of the company’s automation team; support for the rollout of HeyLeo, Real’s AI-powered consumer platform; and continued enhancements to the company’s proprietary technology ecosystem.
Rozenblat also played a key role in strengthening operational infrastructure by bringing additional functions in-house and improving collaboration across technology, compliance, operations and product teams. Her ability to connect long-term strategic goals with day-to-day execution has made her a central figure in the company’s continued growth and scalability.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and focus on accountability, Rozenblat continues to help shape Real’s operational foundation while supporting innovation and long-term growth across the organization. She was also named chief integration officer for Real’s planned acquisition of RE/MAX, where she will lead operational integration efforts for the combined organization.
