Jeanette Lee, head of Fulfillment for Better Mortgage and NEO Home Loans, oversees fulfillment operations across a combined organization expected to originate more than $6 billion in loan volume in 2026. With more than 22 years of mortgage industry experience, she advanced from processor to executive leadership, helping build and scale operations through multiple stages of growth.
Over the past year, Lee played a central role in the integration of Better Mortgage and NEO Home Loans, helping bring together two organizations with distinct operating models, technologies and cultures. She worked closely with operations, production and engineering teams to align workflows, expand product offerings and create technology enhancements designed to improve efficiency for mortgage advisors and fulfillment teams. Her efforts helped support the introduction of new loan products while creating a more streamlined experience for both employees and borrowers.
Lee is also recognized for her leadership in building scalable operational models. Throughout her career, she has helped develop team structures, workflow processes and fulfillment strategies designed to support distributed retail mortgage operations.
