Jackie Thiel is president of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, where she oversees operations across more than 40 offices and supports over 1,200 real estate advisors throughout Florida and North Carolina. With more than 30 years of industry experience, she has built a career focused on brokerage leadership, operational excellence and advisor development.
Since joining Premier Sotheby’s International Realty as president in 2024, Thiel has focused on strengthening communication, alignment and support across the company’s extensive footprint. She introduced a “One Voice” approach designed to improve consistency, transparency and collaboration between the home office and field leadership teams. Her efforts have helped reinforce organizational culture while supporting operational effectiveness across multiple markets.
A major area of focus for Thiel has been the expansion of integrated service offerings, including mortgage, title and insurance partnerships. By strengthening collaboration among these services, she has helped create a more connected experience for advisors and clients while supporting transaction continuity and operational efficiency. She has also championed initiatives focused on advisor onboarding, recruitment and listing support.
Prior to joining Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Thiel served as president of Long & Foster Real Estate, overseeing a large multistate brokerage network. Through her leadership, she continues to help shape the future of luxury brokerage operations while supporting growth, collaboration and service excellence across the organization.
