Helena Farrar is senior director of Lending Partner Relationship Management at Figure, where she leads account management and onboarding efforts for the company’s licensed partnership channel. Since joining Figure in 2019, she has held leadership roles across customer success, mortgage sales, lending operations and partner management, giving her broad experience across the organization’s lending ecosystem.
Over the past year, Farrar has played a central role in the continued growth of Figure’s partnership business. Under her leadership, the account management team expanded support for more than 300 banks, credit unions, fintechs and licensed partners, contributing to significant year-over-year growth in partner activity and lending volume. Her work focuses on helping partners adopt new products, navigate operational processes and maximize the value of Figure’s technology and capital markets platform.
Farrar has also been instrumental in advancing product adoption across the partner network. She worked closely with partners to implement offerings including DSCR lending, direct debt paydown capabilities and expanded credit options. In addition, she helped lead the migration of more than half of Figure’s partners to Figure Connect, strengthening engagement and creating new growth opportunities across the platform.
Beyond business growth, Farrar is committed to talent development and mentorship. She has helped team members transition from operational positions into sales and business development roles while encouraging cross-functional collaboration and professional growth. Through her leadership, Figure has expanded its partner ecosystem, increased adoption of key products and strengthened relationships across the lending industry.
