Erinn Nobel is co-founder and president of ENRG Realty, a national boutique brokerage she launched after more than two decades in real estate leadership. Drawing on previous leadership roles at eXp Realty and Real Brokerage, she founded ENRG Realty with a focus on combining the personalized experience of a boutique brokerage with the resources and infrastructure of a national platform.
Over the past year, Nobel helped build ENRG Realty from concept to a fully operating brokerage serving agents across multiple states. She led the development of several proprietary programs, including ENRG SHINE™ and Connect & Thrive™, which were designed to support agent growth, collaboration, retention and long-term engagement. These initiatives reflect her focus on creating structures that help agents build sustainable businesses while remaining connected to a strong company culture.
As president, Nobel oversees brand strategy, culture and agent experience while helping guide the company’s growth and expansion. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes relationships, collaboration and intentional growth, with a focus on creating an environment where agents feel supported both professionally and personally.
