A mortgage banking professional with more than 25 years of industry experience, Acie has built her career around aligning talent, process and technology to improve outcomes for borrowers, loan officers and business partners.
Over the past year, Acie has continued to focus on enhancing the origination experience through process improvement, performance management and technology adoption. In a market defined by affordability challenges, elevated interest rates and limited inventory, she has emphasized operational discipline, pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration to help teams navigate changing conditions. She has also championed initiatives designed to simplify the mortgage process and improve both borrower and teammate experiences.
