Deborah Winslow is senior vice president of Commercial Servicing and Reverse Servicing at Onity Group, where she leads strategic initiatives supporting the company’s commercial and reverse mortgage servicing operations. With more than three decades of servicing experience, she has played an important role in building operational infrastructure, strengthening servicing capabilities and supporting long-term business growth.
One of Winslow’s most significant contributions has been helping establish and grow Onity’s reverse servicing platform. She helped develop the processes, systems and governance structures necessary to support the business while maintaining a focus on operational consistency and customer service. She has also worked to strengthen leadership depth across both reverse and commercial servicing through team development, recruitment and operational improvements.
Over the past year, Winslow played a key role in helping Onity secure its Large Balance Commercial Rating, an important milestone that enhanced the company’s commercial servicing capabilities and supported its appointment as both Master and Special Servicer for its first Single-Family Rental securitization. The achievement strengthened the company’s position within the commercial servicing market and expanded future growth opportunities.
Beyond her responsibilities at Onity, Winslow serves on the 2025-2026 Board of Directors for the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association. Through her leadership, operational expertise and industry involvement, she continues to contribute to the advancement of both reverse and commercial mortgage servicing.
