DeAnn Golden

DeAnn Golden is president and chief executive officer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, where she leads more than 1,250 sales associates across 24 offices throughout the state. With a 31-year career that began as a receptionist, Golden has built a reputation for combining operational leadership, agent development and strategic growth while helping shape one of Georgia’s largest residential real estate organizations.

Over the past year, Golden guided the company to $3.8 billion in sales volume and nearly 8,000 transactions while continuing to advance OnePoint℠ and The Complete Real Estate Experience, initiatives designed to simplify the homebuying and selling process and create a more connected consumer experience. Her leadership focuses on aligning strategy, operations and service delivery while helping agents and teams adapt to changing market conditions.

Golden remains actively involved in agent coaching, training and professional development, maintaining a hands-on leadership approach that emphasizes accountability, collaboration and continuous learning. She has also helped strengthen the company’s culture of service through community engagement initiatives and charitable partnerships, including efforts supporting the Sunshine Kids Foundation and disaster relief programs.

Beyond her company leadership, Golden serves as vice chair of the Georgia Real Estate Commission following her appointment by Governor Brian Kemp. She has also been recognized by organizations including the Swanepoel Power 200, RISMedia and the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
