Courtnie Cho is executive vice president of Human Resources and Customer Engagement at Bright MLS, where she leads initiatives that connect talent strategy, customer engagement, communications, learning and organizational development. Over the past year, her responsibilities expanded to include functions that directly influence the member and subscriber experience, helping align internal culture and service delivery across the organization.
Cho has played a key role in Bright MLS’s efforts to integrate artificial intelligence into its operations and long-term strategy. During a period of significant transformation, she helped support organizational readiness, workforce planning, change management and communications as Bright became the first MLS to appoint a chief AI officer and pursue its vision of becoming an AI-native MLS. Her work has focused on ensuring that technology adoption is supported by responsible implementation, employee engagement and effective organizational design.
In her expanded role, Cho oversees teams responsible for marketing and communications, customer success, onboarding and training. She has also contributed to strategic initiatives including Bright’s joint venture with Ocusell, helping coordinate branding, communications and operational support as new multi-MLS listing tools are introduced to brokers and agents.
Beyond operational leadership, Cho serves as an executive liaison to Bright MLS’s Board of Directors in support of the Nominating Committee. Through her work across human resources, customer engagement and organizational strategy, she continues to help strengthen Bright’s ability to serve subscribers while preparing the organization for continued innovation and growth.
