Corey McCloskey is president of John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate, where she oversees operations, strategy and growth initiatives for one of Southwest Florida’s leading independent brokerages. During her more than 20-year tenure with the company, she has held leadership roles across sales, education and operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of the business and its agents’ needs.
Since becoming president in 2024, McCloskey has helped guide a brokerage of more than 900 agents and staff across 22 offices. Under her leadership, the company generated $4.1 billion in sales volume through more than 4,200 residential transactions in 2025, continuing its position as a market leader throughout Southwest Florida. She works closely with agents and leadership teams to support recruiting, performance, professional development and long-term growth.
McCloskey is also a recognized industry leader and speaker. She regularly participates in conferences and events focused on housing trends, brokerage leadership, recruiting and market dynamics. Her industry involvement includes service as president of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and leadership roles with Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
