Anne Marie DeCatsye

AnneMarie DeCatsye is chief executive officer of Canopy REALTOR® Association and Canopy MLS, where she has spent more than two decades leading the growth and evolution of one of the nation’s largest REALTOR® associations and multiple listing services. Under her leadership, Canopy REALTOR® Association has grown to more than 14,000 members, while Canopy MLS serves more than 22,000 subscribers across North and South Carolina.

Over the course of her 24-year tenure, DeCatsye has guided strategic mergers, MLS acquisitions and regional expansion efforts that have significantly increased the organization’s reach and operational capabilities. She has also overseen substantial growth in staffing, services and infrastructure while maintaining a strong focus on innovation, collaboration and long-term sustainability.

During the past year, DeCatsye helped lead several initiatives designed to improve the consumer and subscriber experience. These included the launch of Rayse, Realtor.com+ and Cribio integrations, as well as positioning Canopy MLS as the first MLS in North Carolina to allow participation by non-REALTOR® subscribers. Under her leadership, the organization also expanded its technology offerings, training programs and customer support services while earning national recognition for customer experience and service.

Beyond Canopy, DeCatsye remains active in industry leadership through service on the Realtor.com MLS Advisory Board, MLS GRID Board of Managers, Broker Public Portal Board of Managers and several National Association of REALTORS® committees. She also supports housing and community initiatives through the Canopy Housing Foundation. Through her leadership, advocacy and commitment to innovation, DeCatsye continues to help shape the future of organized real estate and MLS operations.
