Anjela Salyer is division president of Mattamy Homes Tucson, where she oversees operations, growth strategy, land acquisition, development and homebuilding activities throughout Southern Arizona. With more than two decades of experience in real estate and homebuilding, she has helped guide the division’s growth while establishing Mattamy Homes as a significant presence in the Tucson market.
Since joining Mattamy Homes in 2014 as one of the division’s earliest employees, Salyer has advanced through leadership roles including director of Sales and Marketing and vice president/division manager before becoming division president. Over the past year, she led the Tucson division through a challenging homebuilding environment while helping the company achieve year-over-year improvements in key performance metrics despite broader market declines.
Beyond her responsibilities at Mattamy Homes, Salyer has remained active in industry leadership. She serves as chairwoman of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association, becoming only the third woman to hold the position in the organization’s history. In that role, she has supported governance improvements, strategic planning initiatives and broader member engagement efforts designed to strengthen the association and the homebuilding industry.
Known for her collaborative and people-focused leadership style, Salyer continues to contribute to both her organization and the broader homebuilding community through operational leadership, mentorship and industry service.
