Amy Daniel is senior vice president of Default Title and Close at ServiceLink, where she oversees title and closing operations across post-sale, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, real estate owned (REO), claims without conveyance of title (CWCOT) and single-family rental (SFR) transactions. A member of the Fidelity National Financial family of companies for 18 years, Daniel has played a key role in driving operational performance and profitability within ServiceLink’s default division.
Daniel’s career began in real estate asset management before expanding into vendor management, client relations and operational leadership. Since assuming her current role in 2016, she has overseen five distinct business lines in addition to title production and client relations. Her teams have processed more than 500,000 orders while continually refining processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen service delivery for clients.
Over the past year, Daniel has focused on advancing technology and operational modernization initiatives. She led the migration of her teams to ServiceLink’s EXOS platform, helping improve turn times, increase transparency and deliver more timely information to clients. She also worked to enhance title-linking processes within the SFR business, accelerating title clearances and reporting timelines.
Daniel is also an active mentor within ServiceLink’s Leadership Academy and mentorship programs, supporting the development of emerging leaders throughout the organization. She is also involved with the Mortgage Bankers Association, National Rental Home Council, Women Executives in Business and Women in SFR. Through her leadership, ServiceLink continues to strengthen its position in specialized title and closing services while helping clients navigate complex default-related transactions.
