Alyssa Antoci is executive vice president of Shared Services at Asset Based Lending (ABL), where she oversees Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Technology and firm-wide strategy execution. As a member of the company’s management team, she plays a central role in aligning people, processes and technology to support ABL’s continued growth.
Over the past year, Antoci’s responsibilities expanded to include leadership of ABL’s largest technology transformation initiative to date. She is overseeing the coordinated implementation of the company’s borrower and broker portal, loan origination system, customer relationship management (CRM) and servicing platforms, while helping define the technology capabilities and organizational structure needed to support future growth.
In addition to leading technology initiatives, Antoci built ABL’s HR and Talent Acquisition functions, creating infrastructure to support headcount growth, talent development and employee retention. She also works closely with business leaders across the organization to ensure operational priorities remain aligned with company strategy. Her cross-functional leadership has included contributions to department redesign efforts, sales process improvements, loss mitigation initiatives and the expansion of ABL’s second headquarters in Cherry Hill.
Under Antoci’s marketing leadership, ABL has improved marketing efficiency while continuing to grow funded volume and diversify acquisition channels. She has also supported the firm’s adoption of artificial intelligence tools and serves as co-host of ABL’s Calculated Interest podcast, which provides insights for real estate investors and broker partners.
Through her work across technology, marketing, talent and operations, Antoci helps build the systems and teams that support ABL’s long-term growth strategy.
