2026 Rising Star: Victoria Keichinger

Victoria Keichinger

Victoria Keichinger has helped reshape the marketing strategy behind one of real estate’s most recognizable brands. Since joining Century 21 Real Estate in 2024, Keichinger has focused on modernizing the brand’s storytelling and positioning while strengthening engagement across the global Century 21 network.

Over the past year, she led the development of the “Joy of Home” campaign, a major brand initiative designed to deepen emotional resonance with consumers while reinforcing Century 21’s relevance in a competitive market. The campaign quickly gained national visibility, including Times Square billboards and widespread adoption across the company’s global affiliate network.

Since its launch in fall 2024, the campaign has generated more than 133 million media impressions and over 100,000 asset downloads by affiliates around the world. The initiative also contributed to Century 21 being recognized among America’s Most Iconic Companies by TIME and Statista in 2025.

Keichinger also led the brand’s partnership with Major League Soccer, connecting Century 21 with one of the fastest-growing professional sports leagues and a highly engaged homebuying audience. The partnership included the “Backyard Legends” campaign extension, designed to strengthen the brand’s cultural relevance and community engagement.

Internally, Keichinger is known for fostering a collaborative culture that empowers team members and highlights their contributions. Her leadership has helped energize the Century 21 marketing organization while strengthening the brand’s position in the real estate marketplace.

What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

One thing I’d tell my younger self is that the work doesn’t always speak for itself — you need to advocate for your work. Early in my career, I believed strong results alone would naturally earn visibility, but I learned that elevating your work is as important as delivering it. Championing impact, articulating strategy and showing the value of marketing not only strengthens your influence — it strengthens the role of marketing within the organization. Advocating for your work isn’t self‑promotion; it’s leadership. It ensures great ideas get the visibility they deserve and creates space for your team, your discipline and your organization to be recognized for the change they drive.
