Thomas Rasmuson has helped drive Argyle’s momentum in mortgage by working closely with lenders to modernize income, employment and asset verification workflows. As director of Sales, Rasmuson has focused on building enterprise relationships, supporting customer adoption and helping replace legacy verification processes with more scalable, direct-source solutions.
Over the past year, Rasmuson has played a key role in expanding Argyle’s footprint across the mortgage market. He has helped close and grow several high-impact enterprise accounts, including work with independent mortgage banks (IMBs) and credit unions such as Newrez, Union Home Mortgage and Atlantic Bay Mortgage. His efforts have contributed to meaningful revenue growth while strengthening Argyle’s reputation as a trusted verification partner. In one case, he helped guide GreenState Credit Union toward saving more than $95 per closed loan.
Beyond new business, Rasmuson works closely with product and customer success teams to help lenders move through implementation, drive adoption and achieve outcomes such as reduced loan cycle times, lower operational costs and improved pull-through rates. His hands-on approach helps translate verification technology into measurable business value.
He has also supported the expansion of Argyle’s partner ecosystem through integrations and go-to-market relationships with mortgage technology providers, increasing the company’s visibility across point-of-sale (POS) and loan origination software (LOS) environments.

What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?
I would tell my younger self to trust the long game and stay curious. Early in my career, I focused heavily on proving results quickly, but I’ve learned that the biggest impact comes from building strong relationships, listening deeply and staying open to learning from every challenge. The mortgage industry is constantly evolving, and growth comes from embracing change, staying adaptable and focusing on solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives. If you lead with integrity and a willingness to learn, the results will follow.
