I treat clarity as a daily discipline. I don’t move fast by working harder — I move fast by constantly forcing problems to become simple. Every day, I ask: What actually matters here? What’s the real bottleneck? What can be removed instead of added?
That habit shows up everywhere — how I build systems, how I make decisions and how I lead. When things are clear, teams move faster, mistakes drop and momentum compounds. Most people tolerate complexity longer than they should; I’ve learned that simplifying early is one of the biggest accelerators of results.
