PJ Crescenzo III has quickly established himself as a high-growth sales leader, helping expand Element Mortgage within American Pacific Mortgage while building new partnerships, launching new divisions and mentoring the next generation of loan officers. As vice president of Sales, Crescenzo has focused on scaling production, strengthening culture and creating opportunities for long-term growth across the organization.
Over the past year, Crescenzo helped increase Element Mortgage’s monthly production from $22 million to more than $40 million in less than six months. He also launched a new branch in Orlando, Florida, scaling it from zero to $100 million in under 24 months.
Alongside that growth, Crescenzo has placed a strong emphasis on developing new talent. He has helped guide rookie loan officers from their first day in the business to serving more than six families per month within their first year. He also formed national partnerships for sales coaching and training with some of the top minds in the industry.
One of his most notable internal initiatives has been the implementation of the “Run & Reflect” schedule for more than 50 loan officers nationwide. The framework encourages loan officers to spend three weeks working in their business and one week working on their business, helping reshape productivity, reflection and long-term planning across the company.

The number one habit that has fueled Crescenzo’s success is a lifestyle of awareness and personal accountability. He has built reflection into his rhythm — constantly asking himself where he is striving, where he is surviving and where he is thriving — and holding himself accountable to the standards, vision and goals he has set for his life. In 2026, the world is noisier than ever, and he believes we have to fight for the signal through the noise — fighting for the clarity and awareness of what matters most, what is truly important to us and how we are actually doing.
