2026 Rising Star: Morgan Heinrich

Copy of Morgan Heinrich

Morgan Heinrich has led a significant transformation of Supreme Lending’s marketing organization, helping align the company’s brand presence with its operational growth and positioning marketing as a structured driver of business expansion. As marketing director, Heinrich rebuilt the company’s marketing infrastructure while leading a national rebrand.

Over the past year, Heinrich spearheaded a company-wide brand refresh designed to elevate how Supreme Lending appears in the marketplace while reflecting the strength of its internal operations. She also launched HypeDesk, a centralized marketing intake and resource platform that gives loan officers streamlined access to tools and support.

Her operational improvements dramatically reduced marketing turnaround times from more than five business days to under 48 hours while scaling recruiting, executive branding and internal communications across a workforce of more than 1,500 employees.

Heinrich also implemented systems that support field execution, including marketing toolkits for recruiting, reverse mortgages, builder partnerships and condo programs. Through expanded SocialCoach adoption and monthly Supreme STEAM calls, she helped ensure that marketing strategy is consistently executed across the organization.

These initiatives contributed to a year of strong organizational growth in which Supreme Lending recruited 440 new sales hires, opened 75 new branches and completed two mergers and acquisitions. By building systems that connect recruiting, branding and field enablement, Heinrich has positioned marketing as a central component of the company’s continued expansion.

What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

Taking decisive action after asking the right questions. I have learned that organizations do not stall because of a lack of ideas, they stall because of a lack of clarity. Before moving, I ask: What problem are we actually solving? Who does this truly impact? If this works, what meaningfully changes? Clarity is an act of respect. It protects teams from wasted effort and ensures that energy is invested where it matters most.
