I would tell myself that imposter syndrome is a common experience and that you are just as capable as your peers. Believe in your abilities, speak up and don’t hesitate to try new things or challenge the status quo. Recognize that your ideas are valuable, and by confidently suggesting solutions to problems, you can advance your career.
