Marc-Antoine Juanéda is helping modernize one of the most widely used real estate technology platforms in North America. As director of Product Management for Agent Solutions at Cotality, he leads development across the Matrix ecosystem, the MLS platform used by roughly two-thirds of real estate professionals across the United States and Canada.
Over the past year, Juanéda has led several innovations designed to improve agent productivity and streamline listing workflows. His team introduced CoreAI Listing Manager and integrated floor plan tools that allow agents to generate richer property listings directly within the platform. By combining voice inputs, photo analysis and automated data population, the system can identify hundreds of property attributes and generate listing descriptions with minimal manual entry.
These capabilities extend to Matrix Mobile, where agents can initiate listings on site by capturing voice notes and property photos through the app. Automated captioning, compliance checks and property data integration help reduce errors while improving listing quality.
Juanéda is also leading the transformation of the MLS-Touch mobile experience into Matrix Mobile, a broader initiative aimed at creating a more unified mobile workflow across the Matrix platform. At the same time, he is guiding development of Matrix Plus, a platform designed to integrate MLS data with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and predictive analytics to help agents prioritize follow-ups and identify new business opportunities.
Through close collaboration with MLS executives and agents across North America, Juanéda continues to bring user-driven innovation to one of the industry’s most widely used technology platforms.
