Kimberly Hartnett has become a driving force behind growth and innovation at AmTrust Title Insurance Company, where she serves as executive vice president of Strategic Growth and Agency Development. Known for her people-focused leadership style, Hartnett works across operational, sales and technology initiatives to strengthen the company’s national presence and support its agency network.
Over the past year, Hartnett has led several initiatives designed to expand AmTrust’s market reach while improving internal processes. She established and executed five strategic industry partnerships, including a collaboration with CLEAR, and helped align sales, operational and partnership strategies to support the broader One AmTrust growth vision.
Hartnett also reprioritized internal operational workflows to better support sales teams and agent success, improving responsiveness while allowing the organization to scale efficiently. These efforts contributed to more than a 100% increase in new agency applications between June 2025 and January 2026 without increasing overhead staffing levels.
In addition, she led successful sponsor marketing partnerships across major industry associations and oversaw brand visibility initiatives, including a Times Square billboard during the ALTA One conference. Since taking leadership of the national sales team in July 2025, the group has generated more than $1.8 million in agent gross premium revenue.
Hartnett is known for leading from the front, working closely alongside her teams to solve problems and maintain momentum while fostering an energized and collaborative culture.
What is one habit that has helped you succeed?
I have always been curious and asked questions. I always asked to move around within the company and see other segments of the business. I actually want to learn, grow and dig in to my role, thus providing value and personal growth.
Especially for women, confidence comes from knowledge, experience and being able to speak to a wide variety of areas within the business. I not only want to personally succeed, but I want to give lift to those around me.
