2026 Rising Star: Kendyl Morris

Copy of Kendyl Morris

Kendyl Morris has built Lender Toolkit’s marketing function into a significant growth engine while also shaping the company’s internal culture through wellness and people-focused initiatives. After rising from executive assistant to Marketing manager in five years, Morris now leads marketing strategy, event execution and wellness programming across the organization.

Over the past year, Morris expanded Lender Toolkit’s one-person marketing function into a stronger revenue-driving operation. Her work contributed to a 167% increase in direct website traffic, a 312% increase in marketing-qualified leads and an overall 660% increase in leads year over year. Social media performance also rose sharply, increasing 1,455% over the same period.

In addition to digital growth, Morris manages the company’s event strategy. She led a company-wide, in-person summit in Orlando that brought together a fully remote team to align around 2026 goals, and she also produced the company’s fourth annual Supercar Experience at ICE Experience, a high-profile brand activation centered on client and prospect engagement.

Morris’ impact extends beyond marketing performance. She also launched and leads an internal wellness program featuring weekly guided meditations and monthly workshops, bringing mindfulness and emotional intelligence into the company’s day-to-day culture.

She has also expanded thought leadership and communication efforts through newsletters including The Toolkit Times and The LTK Insider. By blending brand strategy, event execution and internal culture-building, Morris continues to shape how Lender Toolkit grows, communicates and supports its people.

What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

A consistent meditation practice. Like many Millennials, I have experienced anxiety, but meditation, along with coaching and a supportive lifestyle, has helped me develop real agency over my thoughts rather than feeling controlled by them. What was once a more chronic experience is now occasional, and when it does arise, I see it as a signal to pause, come back to myself and look at the situation with greater clarity instead of reacting from overwhelm.
