Jessica Reed has helped redefine how AnnieMac Home Mortgage approaches branding, recruiting and market visibility. Rising from marketing assistant to vice president in less than a decade, Reed now leads national campaigns, brand strategy, partnerships and recruiting initiatives that support the company’s growth and competitive positioning.
Over the past year, Reed played a defining role in strengthening AnnieMac’s national presence through the launch of the integrated “Don’t Just Bid. Win.” campaign. Spanning billboards, digital advertising, paid search and social media, the campaign generated more than 1 million brand awareness impressions in its first three months and contributed to a 41% year-over-year increase in website sessions, rising from 1.3 million in 2024 to 1.8 million in 2025.
She also spearheaded AnnieMac’s rebrand, aligning the company’s voice, visual identity and market positioning around a more differentiated strategy. Under her leadership, the company saw strong social media growth and an 80% increase in recruiting marketing engagement. Reed also led implementation of a new recruiting customer relationship management (CRM) system, building both the adoption strategy and long-term plan for success.
Beyond campaigns, she has reshaped AnnieMac’s event strategy into a more intentional brand experience model that strengthens recruiting, market engagement and executive visibility. She has also worked to increase leadership participation in social media and brand-building efforts.
Reed approaches brand as a long-term business driver rather than a standalone function. Her work continues to help AnnieMac compete more visibly and consistently in a changing mortgage market.
