Felix Bravo has been a driving force behind eXp Realty’s international expansion, helping scale the company’s global footprint while advancing new technology initiatives designed to connect agents and buyers across borders. As managing director of eXp International, Bravo leads growth strategy, market launches and operational execution across the company’s international markets.
Over the past year, Bravo has overseen the launch of eXp Realty in eight new international markets, contributing to significant global growth. These launches helped drive $104.6 million in international revenue, representing 74% year-over-year growth, alongside $6.2 billion in sales volume and a 52% increase in transactions as of the third quarter of 2025.
Bravo also led the development and rollout of LYVVE, a global real estate listing and discovery platform designed to connect agents, inventory and buyers across international markets. The platform strengthens eXp’s value proposition by improving listing visibility and creating new cross-border opportunities for agents.
Beyond expansion initiatives, Bravo has focused on modernizing onboarding, training and marketing systems to support the company’s continued international scale. His work has helped align global teams, empower regional leaders and streamline operations across markets.

What is one habit that has helped you succeed?
I regularly reset the scoreboard. I don’t let past wins or past effort create complacency, and I don’t let setbacks linger longer than the lesson they offer. I focus on what needs to be built next, align the team around clear priorities and move forward with urgency and ownership. That habit keeps momentum alive, raises standards and ensures we’re always building for what’s ahead rather than protecting what’s behind.
