Felicia Lee has played a major role in Truework’s growth by leading the teams responsible for solutions and customer success and helping the company strengthen its position in mortgage verification. As vice president of Technical Services, Lee has focused on managing complex partnerships, driving product activation and improving the experience for lenders and borrowers alike.
Over the past year, her leadership contributed to 164% revenue growth for the company during a period when much of the mortgage market remained under pressure. A key part of that success has been her ability to build trust with customers and partners while coordinating technical integrations and launch efforts that drive adoption.
One of the most visible examples was her work leading a major integration with Blend. By helping align stakeholder priorities and streamline launch execution, Lee supported a partnership that unlocked meaningful growth and strengthened Truework’s position as an alternative to legacy verification providers.
Outside the company, Lee also serves as co-chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Mortgage Action Council, where she works alongside leaders across policy, legal and technology to support the future of the industry.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
As a competitive swimmer, success is individual in the moment, but it is entirely team-driven in the preparation. In the pool, you are the one racing, but you have no chance of winning without the three or four handoffs from coaches, trainers and teammates behind the scenes. I carry that “team-first” mentality into the mortgage tech world every day. To transform a legacy industry, you have to realize that you are part of something much bigger than yourself. When you build real camaraderie and realize that every person plays a vital role in the machine, you can achieve magical results that no individual could ever reach alone.
