What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

The habit that drives everything else for me is discipline, applied consistently across every part of my life. I run three miles every morning because it sets the tone: show up, do the work, no excuses. That carries directly into how I lead.

I’m intentional with my time; I invest in my own growth before I ask anyone on my team to grow; and I hold myself accountable before I do the same for anyone else. That’s the part people miss about discipline: it’s less about control and more about credibility. Your team doesn’t follow what you say. They follow what you consistently do. When they see you putting in the work on yourself, managing your time with purpose and owning your own results honestly, they match it. Discipline creates culture, and culture is what scales.
