Dominic Parikh has helped turn embedded finance into a meaningful competitive advantage for The Real Brokerage by scaling Real Wallet into a platform that now serves thousands of agents nationwide. As general manager of Real Wallet, Parikh has focused on building financial tools tailored to the realities of real estate professionals, combining fintech innovation with a disciplined approach to risk and compliance.
Over the past year, Parikh has been instrumental in growing Real Wallet into a core part of the company’s strategy. Revenue increased more than 2.5 times year over year from January 2025 to January 2026, while user adoption expanded to roughly 7,000 agents. Nearly 3,000 new users joined in the fourth quarter of 2025 alone following the launch of Real Wallet Capital. To date, the platform has delivered more than $12 million in working capital to agents and facilitated over $25 million in Real-branded debit card spend.
One of Parikh’s most significant accomplishments was leading the creation and launch of Real Wallet Capital, an embedded lending solution designed specifically for agents. Built to address the financing challenges faced by independent contractors with irregular income, the product was brought from concept to national launch in just six months. He also built the compliance and risk infrastructure needed to scale it responsibly.
Parikh’s leadership centers on creating a broader financial ecosystem for agents around earning, spending, saving and access to capital. His work continues to shape how real estate professionals manage cash flow and build more resilient businesses.
What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?
Don’t be a passenger in your own career. Make yourself useful before you are asked. Early on, I waited for permission or a specific title to take ownership, but I learned that the fastest way to grow is to solve problems that aren’t technically “your job.” By proactively adding value, you build the trust and reputation that opens doors to opportunities you didn’t even know existed.
