What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
“Everyone is a work in progress.” That simple idea gave me permission to make mistakes without letting them define me. It helped me to learn faster, recover quicker and keep moving forward. It also changed how I lead. Instead of expecting perfection, I try to meet people where they are, coach to the next step and create an environment where growth is normal. When you lead with that kind of grace and patience, you get better results and you build trust that lasts.
