Chris Giannos is helping modernize how real estate teams and brokerages recruit, evaluate and scale talent. As chief executive officer of Humaniz, he is building technology and data infrastructure designed to replace manual, fragmented recruiting processes with more repeatable, measurable systems for growth.
Over the past year, Giannos has led the strategic direction, product development and market positioning of Humaniz in a way that materially changed the company’s trajectory. Under his leadership, the platform expanded its recruiting infrastructure to generate more than 28,000 agent introductions in the last year alone. He also helped strengthen the company’s data capabilities and accelerate the development of AgentIntelligence, a solution designed to give customers a competitive edge beyond traditional MLS constraints.
Giannos has pushed the company to move quickly, connect product decisions to measurable recruiting outcomes and stay focused on building a broader operating system for modern real estate teams and brokerages rather than incremental features. That discipline has contributed to faster product cycles, stronger customer retention and clearer market positioning.
His leadership style is rooted in ownership, speed and accountability. Internally, he has created a culture where teams are expected to anticipate customer needs, launch MVPs quickly, gather real-world feedback and iterate without ego. Product roadmap decisions, support workflows and recruiting strategy are all evaluated through the lens of whether they create meaningful leverage for customers.
By tying excellence to outcomes rather than optics, Giannos continues to position Humaniz as a company focused on long-term durability and measurable value in the evolving real estate talent economy.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
The best advice I have ever received was simple: When you are sitting in uncertainty and your mind starts playing out worst-case scenarios, ask yourself, “What if this turns out better than I could ever imagine?” Most of the time, fear is just imagination pointed in the wrong direction. That one question has helped me quiet the noise and take the risk anyway. And more often than not, the outcome has exceeded what I originally thought was possible.
