Chase Anderson’s rise within the mortgage industry has been defined by rapid growth, strong production and a commitment to developing others. After entering the industry as a loan officer in August 2024, Anderson quickly established himself as a high-performing producer, closing between $2 million and $3 million in monthly volume within his first year.

By October 2025, Anderson had organically built and led a high-performing sales team, earning a promotion to regional sales manager. In this role, he now leads Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation’s MidSouth regional sales division across five states, overseeing production growth and talent development in a highly competitive market.

Over the past year, Anderson has focused heavily on training and mentorship within the organization. He voluntarily launched Mortgage Mastery Monday, a recurring training initiative designed to strengthen loan officer productivity, deepen relationships with production partners and support the onboarding of new loan officers.

He also played a key role in launching Fairway’s One-Time Close New Construction product within the region, strengthening builder relationships and expanding new partnership opportunities. In the past year alone, Anderson has added more new partner relationships than 15 other loan officers combined.

Under his leadership, the MidSouth region consistently produces more than $25 million in monthly loan volume and is continuing to scale toward $35 million per month, demonstrating sustained momentum in a challenging market environment.

What is one habit that has helped you succeed?

I am always chasing the better version of myself, not just numbers. I don’t think success is something you just achieve. I think it is consistent, daily disciplines, and I don’t think there is ever a point where I would say “I’ve made it.” When you reach one goal, you set new ones, whether short term or long term, and continue until it’s time to reset another one. I do not let others limit my potential even if that means forging new paths that achieve higher results.
