Charlotte Brown plays a central role in shaping the technology that powers millions of real estate closings each year. As vice president of Product and Design at Qualia, Brown leads the teams responsible for building and delivering the company’s cloud-based platform used by title and escrow professionals across the country.
Over the past year, Brown spearheaded the creation and launch of Qualia Clear, the first agentic AI platform designed specifically for the title and escrow industry. Introduced in September 2025, the platform quickly saw strong adoption as thousands of professionals began using it to automate repetitive tasks, improve workflow efficiency and reduce the risk of fraud and costly errors during the closing process.
Brown also led the relaunch of Qualia Connect, transforming the product into a branded, multichannel communications platform that allows title and escrow companies to deliver secure and personalized closing experiences at scale.
Another major initiative under Brown’s leadership is Qualia’s partnership with Old Republic National Title. Her team is supporting the complex transition of the 118-year-old underwriter onto Qualia’s platform, with rollout already underway across western states and Oregon branches operating on the system as of early 2026.
In addition to product leadership, Brown has become a recognized voice on the practical use of artificial intelligence in real estate. Over the past year, she has spoken at multiple industry conferences on how emerging technology can improve efficiency and collaboration across the closing ecosystem.
