Camryn Cisneros has built her leadership around a clear belief: culture is not a soft initiative, but a meaningful driver of retention, engagement and business growth. As ONE eXp manager at eXp Realty, she leads culture and belonging strategy for more than 50,000 agents across the company’s international footprint.
Over the past year, Cisneros helped grow the One eXp Pride Network from 900 to 20,000 members, a significant expansion that reflects her ability to build systems that strengthen engagement and connection across a large, distributed agent network. That growth has helped reinforce belonging within the organization while also supporting agent retention and long-term participation in eXp’s ecosystem.
This year, Cisneros also supported the execution of more than 100 events globally, all designed to deepen community, support agent production and strengthen the company’s culture across more than 20 countries. In addition to her work at eXp, she has served as vice president of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network and held multiple board and committee roles at OKCMAR.
Cisneros has also worked directly with executive leadership to align culture strategy with broader business goals. She spoke on the general session stage at eXpCon 2025 and moderated a fireside chat with Chief Executive Officer Leo Pareja.
A U.S. Army veteran, Cisneros brings a leadership style rooted in service, accountability and advocacy. Across every role she holds, she focuses on building systems that help people feel seen, supported and invested in the communities they are helping shape.
What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?
I would tell her to stop waiting for permission and start building. I grew up learning to make myself smaller, to frame my ambition in ways that didn’t make other people uncomfortable, to earn my seat before I claimed it. I carried that into my early career and it cost me time. What I know now is that the rooms I was trying to fit into were never going to be big enough anyway. The only move was to build bigger ones.
