Anthony Dotson has delivered meaningful operational impact at Supreme Lending by leading teams, modernizing processes and supporting scalable growth across the organization. As director of Operations, Closing, Dotson focuses on improving execution, strengthening customer experience and building teams that can perform at a high level through periods of change.
Over the past year, Dotson led the implementation of the company’s construction loan draw platform, a major initiative that expanded support for construction and renovation lending while improving draw cycle times, increasing transparency and enhancing the borrower experience. The modernization of that process helped reduce operational friction and positioned the organization to support continued growth more efficiently.
In addition to this work, Dotson oversees the Closing and Funding team, which funded nearly 18,000 loan units totaling more than $5.15 billion. Under his leadership, the team continued to operate at scale while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, accuracy and service.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
“It costs $0 to worry about yourself.” That advice shifted my mindset, and I fully embraced it. I stopped spending energy on comparison and started investing in growth, building discipline and strengthening relationships. With that shift, progress became personal instead of competitive. I focused less on where others were and more on who I was becoming. That mental change didn’t just impact my career, it’s made me a better father, friend, leader and teammate.
