Verget helped guide the project from architecture and vendor integrations through loan quality control and onboarding processes, supporting the phased ramp-up of CMG Financial servicing into the platform. What is one thing you would tell a younger version of yourself?
Compete without comparison. In younger years, I would try to defeat the rest to become the best. What a waste of valuable energy! In my wiser (id est, older) years now, I have learned that results improve when I ignore the rest, and use that energy to become my best.
