Stefanie O’Sullivan is vice president of Marketing at Intercap Lending, a $2 billion mortgage company with a lean creative team and a highly productive sales organization. Over the past year, O’Sullivan rebuilt the company’s marketing operations to better support loan officers, improve execution and create scalable systems that continue to deliver results.
In October 2025, O’Sullivan shifted Intercap’s marketing model from expecting loan officers to execute campaigns themselves to building systems that do more of the work for them. She restructured the department with a five-person business development team providing regional support and creating a stronger feedback loop between the field and creative team.
She also implemented a companywide marketing ticketing system that now handles more than 600 monthly requests with an 88% completion rate. Her team created “Events in a Box” packages, launched a monthly Trending in Lending newsletter and supported marketing for new loan products, builder initiatives and market education campaigns.
O’Sullivan also helped turn Intercap’s annual Summit into a recruiting asset and supported 10 economic summits across key markets. Her leadership is reflected in the systems she built, which remained effective during her maternity leave, demonstrating her ability to develop teams, delegate ownership and create lasting operational structure.
