Peter Giorgi is senior vice president of Brand Marketing, Partnerships and Creative Excellence at Rocket, where he has helped transform the company’s brand into a more human-centered and emotionally resonant voice within housing finance. Through storytelling-driven campaigns and large-scale brand initiatives, Giorgi has positioned Rocket around themes of hope, belonging and the pursuit of homeownership.

Working alongside Rocket chief marketing officer Jonathan Mildenhall, Giorgi helped lead the launch of the company’s enterprise-wide “Own the Dream” platform in 2025, designed to reconnect consumers with the emotional meaning of homeownership during a period of growing uncertainty around the American Dream. In 2026, he expanded the platform’s focus beyond homebuying to emphasize community and belonging through Rocket’s Super Bowl campaign, “America Needs Neighbors Like You.”

Featuring Lady Gaga’s interpretation of “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” and created in partnership with Redfin, the campaign became one of the most visible brand moments in housing. It generated 5 billion media impressions, drove Rocket to the No. 1 share of voice among Super Bowl advertisers and sparked more than 10,000 organic social conversations. The campaign also contributed to more than 295,000 Redfin app downloads within days of launch.

Known for blending cultural storytelling with measurable business impact, Giorgi has helped position Rocket as more than a transactional mortgage brand. His leadership continues to focus on building emotional connection, strengthening brand relevance and creating marketing that resonates with consumers on a deeply personal level.
