Marion Weiler is senior vice president of Marketing, Communications and Global Markets at Stellar MLS, where she has transformed the organization’s brand identity and communications strategy while helping expand the MLS model globally through UCO Global, a Stellar MLS subsidiary. One of the most notable was the development of Stellar MLS’ consumer resource page, created to help explain the role and importance of the MLS to the public while reinforcing the value of fair and equitable housing practices.
She also spearheaded the “More Than” campaign, unveiled at the 2025 Florida Realtors Convention & Trade Expo, which highlighted the personal stories of real estate professionals across Florida and reinforced the human side of homeownership. Since January 2025, her team has delivered more than 290 customer emails with an impressive 65% open rate, reflecting the effectiveness of Stellar MLS’ voice and messaging strategy.
Beyond domestic initiatives, Weiler has played a major role in expanding UCO Global’s international presence, supporting organizations across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East as they develop sustainable real estate infrastructure. Her leadership continues to position Stellar MLS as both a trusted industry resource and a growing global force within real estate technology and data.
