Since joining the company less than a year ago, Gillin has led initiatives focused on improving how consumers find, evaluate and interact with the Newrez brand across digital channels. Under her leadership, Newrez strengthened branded search visibility, expanded its presence across emerging AI-enabled discovery platforms and improved first-page search representation during key moments in the homeownership journey. These efforts contributed to an 82% year-over-year increase in consumer direct originations as of the first quarter.
Gillin also played a central role in several industry-first initiatives, including helping position Newrez as the first major mortgage lender to recognize cryptocurrency assets in mortgage qualification. She additionally led the expansion of HomeHub, the company’s digital homeowner platform that provides real-time visibility into home value, equity and mortgage details while offering tools designed to help customers save on homeownership expenses.
With prior leadership roles at Citi and JPMorgan Chase, Gillin brings decades of experience guiding large-scale marketing and customer growth strategies while continuing to champion innovation, collaboration and homeowner-focused solutions.
