Over the past year, Scott restructured Luxury Presence’s marketing organization around integrated brand, content and demand generation strategy. The results included 41% year-over-year inbound ARR growth, a 33% increase in inbound MQL volume, a 17% reduction in paid acquisition cost per unit and an 83% improvement in paid social return on ad spend.

Scott also led the go-to-market launches of Presence AI, Presence CRM and the broader Presence Platform while defining the editorial standards and brand voice that now shape all outward-facing content. His approach treats real estate agents as an audience to earn through trust, education and relevance rather than purely transactional lead generation.
