Erica Goodwin is senior vice president of Corporate Marketing at First Heritage Mortgage, where she has helped modernize the company’s marketing strategy through a combination of technology, personalized branding and consumer-focused storytelling. Her leadership has played a major role in supporting First Heritage Mortgage’s continued expansion, including projected year-over-year loan volume growth of more than 30% in 2026.
Over the past year, Goodwin helped scale the infrastructure and marketing systems supporting 175 loan officers across 26 branch locations serving 17 states and Washington, D.C. Central to her strategy is the belief that strong personal branding for loan officers creates value for both individuals and the broader organization. She operationalized that philosophy through marketing programs and technology designed to strengthen customer relationships, improve visibility and support growth at scale.
Goodwin also co-chairs the company’s AI Council, where she leads initiatives focused on responsible and practical applications of generative AI across the organization. Her work has helped integrate emerging technology into marketing operations, internal communications and customer engagement strategies.
One of her most visible initiatives was the relaunch of the First Heritage Mortgage brand and website with a consumer-first focus aimed at creating a more educational and empowering digital experience for homebuyers. She also helped launch Mortgage+Plus®, a program that extends marketing support and educational resources to referral partners, including real estate agents and builders.
Known for blending innovation with collaboration and mentorship, Goodwin continues to strengthen First Heritage Mortgage’s brand while helping position the company for long-term growth in an evolving mortgage landscape.
