Coleen Bogle is chief marketing officer at The Money Store, where she has helped transform marketing into a strategic driver of growth, retention and recruiting. With more than 17 years of industry experience and as a previous HousingWire Marketing Leader honoree, Bogle continues to elevate the role marketing plays across the organization.
Since joining The Money Store in 2024, Bogle has led initiatives that contributed to a 56% increase in loan production, a 92% loan officer retention rate and 27% companywide workforce growth in 2025. Rather than relying on increased spending, she focused on improving operational efficiency, speed to market and alignment between marketing and loan production.
Bogle built and now leads a nine-person in-house marketing team with more than 80 years of combined mortgage industry experience. Operating as an internal agency, her team created more than 4,500 marketing assets over the past two years, strengthening consistency, responsiveness and loan officer engagement across the organization. She also spearheaded a cooperative marketing initiative tied to The Money Store’s partnership with the International Association of Fire Fighters, helping expand the company’s reach through a highly visible strategic relationship.
In addition, Bogle led a full marketing technology overhaul, consolidating systems, streamlining project management and renegotiating vendor agreements to create a more scalable and efficient digital ecosystem. Under her leadership, The Money Store earned Total Expert’s “Game Changer” Award at Accelerate 2025 for a real-time loan payoff alert strategy designed to help loan officers proactively retain borrowers.
